Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Suedaz Hub, including the public website and the authenticated portal (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, accepting an invitation to join an organization, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.

Suedaz Hub is a multi tenant platform that helps nonprofits and mission driven organizations track grants, contracts, funders, budgets, payments, compliance requirements, deadlines, and related documents, and generates reporting and a Grant or Contract Stewardship Score from that information.

The Service is offered free of charge during its current early access period. We will give advance notice before introducing any paid plan, and nothing in these Terms obligates you to pay for the Service as it exists today.

Creating an account through Sign Up establishes a new organization workspace, and you become that organization's Organization Admin. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for the activity of anyone you grant access to your organization's workspace, including the roles and permissions you assign them.

You must verify your email address before signing in. You're responsible for using a real email address you control.

Your organization owns the data it enters into Suedaz Hub, grants, funders, budgets, payments, compliance records, documents, and everything else you create. We act as a processor of that data on your behalf, we don't use it for any purpose other than operating, securing, and supporting the Service for you.

Every organization's data is isolated from every other organization's at the database level. Users only ever see data belonging to an organization they are a member of.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to store or transmit infringing, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful material.
• Attempt to access another organization's data, or any account that isn't yours.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use automated means to access the Service outside of its intended interfaces, without our prior written consent.

We aim to keep the Service available and performant, but during this early access period we don't guarantee any particular uptime or response time, and the Service is provided on a best effort basis.

You may stop using the Service, or ask us to close your organization's workspace, at any time by contacting us at support@suedazhub.com. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account or organization that violates these Terms, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you first unless doing so would create a security risk.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Suedaz Hub doesn't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suedaz Hub and its operators won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify Organization Admins by email. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
