I can't log in. What should I do?
Confirm you're using the email your organization admin invited you with. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the sign in page to reset it.
How do I get access for a new team member?
An Organization Admin can add them from Users & Permissions inside the portal, with the role that matches what they should see and edit.
Can I import our existing grant data?
Yes. The Import page, inside the portal under Funding Portfolio, accepts a CSV of grants or budget and payment records.
